Availability, Applications & Waitlists

Do you have puppies available?

Current availability is always listed on our available puppies page. Because availability can change quickly,  this page is kept up to date and is the best place to see which puppies may be available at any given time.

If no puppies are listed, it simply means all current puppies are reserved or we are between litters.

When will you have puppies available?

Availability depends on planned breedings, successful pregnancies and puppy development. While we do our best to plan ahead, exact timing , litter size and puppy availability can never be guaranteed.

Upcoming and potential breedings are shared on our planned litters page so families can get a general idea of what may be ahead.

How do I get on your waitlist?

We do not maintain open or ongoing waitlists and applications are not accepted until a litter has arrived.

Once puppies are born, we open applications for that specific litter. Approved families are then invited to choose a puppy when the time is right. A puppy is only considered reserved once a family has selected a specific puppy and submitted a deposit.

Not all litters use a formal waitlist and availability may be first-come once applications are approved.

How can I send in an application form?

Applications can be submitted directly through our website using the application form. There is no obligation to apply and no deposit is required at the application stage.

Applications allow us to learn more about you and ensure the best possible fit for both family and puppy.

What litters are you planning to breed this year?

Planned breedings are outlined on our Planned Litters page. These plans are shared for informational purposes only and are always subject to change based on the health and wellbeing of our dogs.

We do not guarantee specific pairings, timelines or puppy availability in advance.

Can you notify me when a waitlist opens or puppies become available?

Due to the high volume of inquires we receive, we are unable to personally notify individuals when puppies or application forms become available.

Families are welcome to sign up on our website to receive litter announcements by email. This is the best way to be notified when new puppies arrive and when applications open.

We also recommend:

  • Checking our website regularly

  • Following our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube)

  • Watching for updates posted to our Available Puppies and Upcoming Litter pages.

This ensures everyone has equal and timely access to current information.

About Our Puppies

What breeds do you offer?

We primarily offer Aussiedoodles in various sizes, as well as select Australian Shepherd and Retriever - Doodle litters (Golden Aussiedoodles, Retriever Aussiedoodles). Availability varies throughout the year and not all breeds or sizes are available at all times.

Where are your puppies raised?

Our puppies are raised in our home, underfoot, with daily handling and early socialization. We do not operate a kennel facility.

Can we visit or meet the puppies?

Visits are scheduled by appointment only once puppies are old enough (6 weeks and over) and after an application has been approved. This helps protect the health of our puppies and ensures a calm, positive experience for everyone.

Can we meet the parents?

The majority of our breeding dogs live full-time in guardian homes within our local area, where they are raised as cherished family pets. Depending on the litter and timing, a parent may be on site if they are here for breeding, whelping, nursing, or visiting.

When an in-person meeting isn't possible, we provide extensive photos, videos, health testing information and background details so families can feel confident and well informed. In certain cases, specific arrangements may be made in advance to meet a parent, depending on availability and logistics.

Health, Care & Early Development

What health testing do you do?

Our breeding dogs are health and DNA tested through reputable programs. We are committed to responsible breeding, temperament and long-term wellness.

What vet care do puppies receive before going home?

All puppies go home:

  • Vet examined

  • Age-appropriate vaccinations

  • Dewormed on schedule

  • Microchipped

Do you offer a health guarantee?

Yes. Our puppies are covered by a written health guarantee, which outlines our commitment to responsible breeding, genetic health and transparency. Families are encouraged to review the full details in advance:

The health guarantee is also provided again to families at the time of reservation or pickup.

How are puppies socialized?

Puppies are exposed to everyday household sounds, children, handling, loud sounds, other dogs & puppies, cats, and early enrichment to support confident, well-rounded temperaments.

Pricing & Reservation Process

How much do your puppies cost?

Pricing varies based on breed, size, NOT coat type or colour. Current pricing is listed on each puppy's individual listing on our Available Puppies page.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy, with remaining balance due prior to or at pickup.

How do we reserve a puppy?

We require families to submit an application first. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you'll be invited to choose a puppy when you're ready.

When you decide on a specific puppy and would like us to hold that puppy for you until pickup day, a deposit is required to reserve/hold that puppy.

Is a deposit required to apply?

No. A deposit is not required to apply. Deposits are only requested after approval and only when a family is ready to have a specific puppy marked as reserved for them.

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable and confirm your commitment to that puppy. If circumstances change, deposits may be transferable to another available puppy or to a future litter at our discretion.

Do you offer payment plans?

Families are welcome to make payments at their convenience once a puppy has been reserved, as long as the full balance is paid by pickup day. We do not offer extended payment plans after puppy goes home. Puppies cannot be released until payment is received in full.

Pickup, Delivery & Timing

When can puppies go home?

Puppies go home at or after they have reached 8 weeks of age. This gives them time to see our vet and complete early development milestones.

Where are puppies picked up?

Pickup is from our home location. Exact details are provided to approved families closer to go-home time.

Do you ship or deliver puppies?

Yes. We do offer puppy shipping via air cargo and we have safely shipped puppies many times. Shipping arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis, depending on the puppy's age, size, destination, airline availability and weather conditions.

We may also assist with ground delivery when appropriate. Puppy safety and wellbeing are always our top priority and we will only proceed with shipping when conditions are suitable.

Shipping costs and logistics are discussed with approved families once a puppy has been selected.

What if weather or travel delays occur?

We prioritize puppy safety. If delays occur due to weather or travel concerns, we will work closely with families to reschedule pickup.

Temperament & Puppy Matching

Can we choose our puppy?

Yes. However, we may guide families towards puppies best suited to their lifestyle, experience level and household to ensure long-term success.

Are your puppies good with children or other pets?

Our puppies are raised with early socialization, but temperament varies by individual. We're always honest about energy levels and fit.

What if we're unsure with puppy is right for us?

That's completely okay. We're happy to help guide you once we understand your lifestyle and expectations.
